The Opportunity

“You have done this before’”

Some say we chose to be here now, in this body, in this circumstance, in this situation. To learn something specific to progress on our (soul) life path. If this is true. The opportunity is to dive right in. Trust that all that is, is meant to be and is for your highest good and greatest joy. To surrender to the universe and let go of any resistance to the flow of life. Connect to your intuition (Speak to your Heart) and simply know, feel and do.

I have been working on healing my heart and letting go of old stories, patterns, and attachments, so that I can allow new beginnings to flow into my life with ease. I think it’s working (…albeit a bit slowly). But I am noticing I am becoming more aware of and releasing what we’ll just call untruths and ways of being that are not supportive. I don’t feel like being specific. But one message here is to recognize that sometimes you feel unprepared to make a change or start something new or create that thing that you’ve been thinking about. Don’t let that feeling keep you stuck, question it and consider that you can do this, you are good enough and you are deserving.

The Message

It might take courage and that is the message for today. Be courageous, be bold, be beautiful and ‘let yourself be seen’. It’s time to open yourself up. Like the flowers are doing now in spring. ‘Own what you are without apology and trust the timing of your true nature’ and bloom. I think this is about being whatever you are in each moment, coming as you are, expressing what you have now and trusting your growth and learning journey.

Next Actions

Commit to learning and your development. You might say your soul’s growth, as your soul came here to learn and grow. ‘Life lessons aren’t one-time lessons but themes we choose to circle around, deepening our experience of them as we make our way through the spiral of life’. There will be ups and downs, it’s part of the process. See both as opportunities to learn and grow. Can you find a way to soften your heart through the highs and lows? How are you being called to grow or learn?

A Final Thought

Each moment presents an(other) opportunity for ‘conscious action and creation’. You can’t miss what is for you.
